This is the book we are working through together in Sharpening Sessions. Fifty daily readings move through identity, prayer, Scripture and the character that sustains a life of faith.
Each reading includes Scripture, teaching, meditation, a declaration, a practical action and space to reflect. Read at your own pace, bring a pen, and bring what you are learning to the next session.

Our Financial Emergency Room offers help with immediate needs, currently capped at US$100 per member, while women build skills for work and business.
Looking ahead, we are working toward a compassionate capital fund that gives women room to build and innovate.

Faith takes shape in how we live: the decisions we make, the work we do, the people we care for, and what we pass on. The Skillful Women Community brings those parts of life into the same room.
What we learn and practise today becomes part of what we pass on.
The experience behind this work spans engineering, enterprise building, board leadership, teaching and women's leadership coaching. It brings a practical discipline to formation: understand what matters, practise it, and learn to carry responsibility well.
Here, that experience serves a shared purpose: women growing in faith, judgement and skill, with the capacity to strengthen their families, workplaces and communities. One season at a time.
